We live in a highly stressed world where we also know the effects of stress but for some reason we don't always create the time to relax, de-stress and have fun.

​

The online 10 minute club helps you be intentional about setting a designated time to unwind from your stressful day.

​

Every Tuesday there is a different activity to make the club varied.

​

Past activities have included:

Knitting

Writing things we are Grateful for in 5 specific areas

Trivia (music, movies, health, fun facts, relationships)

Reading a Book of your choice

Listening to Night Jazz with incredible scenery, etc.

​

To make the club exciting and give you something to look forward to, the activity is announced every Tuesday at 13:30 (UK Time). Follow @tracythehealthcoach on all socials including LinkedIn for the announcement. 

 

Once you register the zoom details would then be sent to you.
